Job Description
Millennium Health LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Analytical Laboratory to oversee laboratory performance for immunoassay and/or LC-MS/MS technology. This role involves daily supervision, ensuring adherence to CLIA regulations, providing direct supervision, and participating in process improvement. The position is based at location San Diego, California, with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday. The company is an accredited specialty laboratory with over a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services.
Requirements
- Must be accessible for consultation.
- Current California CLS license
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience post-CLS/MT license.
- Knowledgeable in laboratory methods and techniques.
- Proficient in MS Applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
