M Social is seeking a dynamic and engaging Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team for the highly anticipated pre-opening of M Social Sunnyvale. The Director of Human Resources will help shape the culture, people strategy, and employee experience of the first newly built M Social hotel in the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, especially in the hospitality industry or multi-property settings
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive engagement and performance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and connect with diverse audiences
- Dynamic leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence others
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
- Experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and providing counsel to leadership teams
- Proficient in human resources information systems (HRIS); experience with Paycom is a plus
