Associate Executive/ Executive - Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Executive/ Executive in our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our supply chain operations and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products and services to our clients.

Requirements

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
• Conduct regular analysis of supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to clients
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations
