Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand services and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Basic financial literacy with an understanding of budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost management
- Prior experience in account management, sales, tender handling, or commercial operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to manage strategic accounts
- Basic understanding of commercial documentation, contracts, and vendor management processes
- Ability to analyze data and interpret financial information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
