Landscape Technician/Lead

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar field.
• Certification in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with both residential and commercial landscaping practices.
• Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment, such as excavators, skid steers, tampers, chop saws, etc...
• Ability to install hardscaping features (e.g., pavers, retaining walls, or walkways) and softscaping elements.
• Experience supervising, training, and motivating landscaping teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and adherence to specifications.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, standing, kneeling, or bending for extended periods.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
