Herman Miller is seeking a General Manager to drive innovation, culture, and growth in its Washington DC location. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail management experience and excellent communication and people management skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated people management skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Financial literacy, business acumen and ability to manage budgetary responsibilities
- Experience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation and 3-D rendering programs
