Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in IT Support, including Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic networking
- Knowledge of computer and network hardware and troubleshooting techniques
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and service requests
