Live Oak - Boiler Technician

The company is seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance as part of the scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) process and assist in repairing unscheduled mechanical breakdowns during normal production.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve opportunities
• Minimum 2 years industrial mechanical experience
• 2 years electrical, electronics, or electro-mechanical degree from an accredited school (preferred)
• Working knowledge of tools and materials common to the mechanical trade
• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and schematics
• Basic mechanical knowledge that includes drive systems, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use motorized equipment
