IT Operations Specialist

Milliman is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to provide IT support to the APAC and EMEA regions. The candidate will work remotely in India and perform various IT tasks such as system configuration, end-user support, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in a Desktop Support (or system administration) role with over one-hundred users
• Previous experience supporting a Microsoft Windows/MacOS desktop environment
• Proficiency with services like Active Directory, Power Shell Scripting, specific to account/permissions administration
• Working knowledge of endpoint management tool client automation software including SCCM and ITSM tool, and other system management technologies
• Previous experience with Windows Active Directory and Domain environments
