Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or systems management within a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proven experience managing operational systems, including technology infrastructure and data workflows
• Experience in community or people management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master’s degree or additional qualifications in operations or tech management are a bonus
