Job Description
Milton CAT is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and components. The role involves troubleshooting, reconditioning, and reusability checks. Responsibilities include working hours after normal schedule and flexibility to meet customer needs. Requires knowledge of CAT equipment and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Remove, disassemble, assembles, and installs components and parts.
- Identify the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting.
- Determine reusability of parts.
- Orders replacement parts.
- Cleans, repairs, reconditions, and maintains equipment and components.
- Prepares inspection and appraisal reports.
- Prepares accurate and complete service reports.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Flexible to work after hours when needed.
- Work in the field without supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
