Job Description
Milton CAT is seeking an experienced Service Support person to provide backup for scheduling, communication, and problem-solving. The role emphasizes follow-through, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Milton CAT offers challenging opportunities and career growth.
Requirements
- Answer phones and receive requests for service and quotes.
- Confirm customer scheduling and work assignment.
- Assist with scheduling, routing, and assigning work.
- Order parts and assistance with repairs.
- Assist with timecard entries.
- Pass lead for work to other departments.
- Coordinates with the CSA Department
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Work after hours when needed.
- Excellent organizational skills.
