Job Description
This is a co-op/internship program offered by Milton CAT, offering hands-on experience in service and equipment repair/maintenance. Students will work in the Earthmoving & Compact Equipment Service Department, gaining experience across various aspects of the business. The program is for students currently enrolled in an academic institution majoring in diesel or heavy equipment and has opportunities for full-time employment upon graduation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a public, private or accredited academic institution majoring in diesel or heavy equipment
- 3.0 or higher GPA (4.0 scale)
- Excellent computer and software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to commute to the Milton CAT location daily
