Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain network infrastructure across Mimecast's global office locations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues
• Collaborate with Security teams to implement and maintain network security policies
• Partner with Workspace and IT teams to ensure network infrastructure supports collaboration platforms
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation
• Lead network upgrade projects and technology refresh initiatives
• Leverage automation tools and scripting to streamline network operations
• Participate in on-call operations to provide 24/7 network support
• Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand Mimecast's evolving business needs
