Job Description
Minda focuses on building software solutions that enhance lives, leveraging AI and LLMs. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing intelligent systems to extract knowledge from diverse documents. The position requires a strong understanding of data engineering, AI model optimization, and software architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, API integration, and AI pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with graph databases and vector databases.
- Familiarity with graph algorithms for shortest paths, centrality, community detection, and semantic linking.
- Deep understanding of embeddings, vector search, and similarity measures.
- Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with information extraction from structured/unstructured documents.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- At least 4 hours of work in the office
