Mobile Developer (Android)

We are looking for an Android Developer who not only brings strong technical skills in native mobile development but also excels in team fit, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Clear and effective communication

• Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus)
• Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar)
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.)
• Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued)
• Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns
• Knowledge of performance optimization, observability, and metrics to show you care about your code
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and robust data structures
