Growth Manager - Social

The Growth Manager - Social will lead Omniful's social media growth strategy, leveraging paid and organic social channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in social media management, paid social advertising, or growth marketing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
• Social Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and experience in managing both paid and organic campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in social media metrics tracking, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Creative Vision: Skilled in crafting engaging content, copywriting, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand messaging and captivates the target audience.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and timely execution.
