Sales Associate

Mindful Support Services provides business-to-business solutions for independent mental healthcare practitioners. We are expanding into Texas in 2025 and looking for a Sales Associate to generate interest, uncover untapped talent, and convert prospects into partners.

Requirements

• Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers
• Assess interested Providers and think critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner
• Partner with peers in department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow ups, and establish goals
• Make a high volume of phone calls
• Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources
