Business Analyst - Senior

Seeking a senior business analyst with experience in finance, accounting, and reconciliations to perform business analysis activities in support of critical planning and execution of project deliverables. The role involves analyzing current business and system processes, migrating legacy general ledger systems, and managing project activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, financial reporting, system integration, business transformation, accounting, or reconciliations.
• Understanding of general ledger and accounting principles.
• Strong data analysis, data mapping, and reconciliation skills.
• Effective communication of complex business problems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Self-starter able to execute and work independently without constant supervision.
