Mindlance is a national recruiting company that partners with leading employers across the country. They are seeking a Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant to support the Operations Accounting and Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and ERP systems, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Strong ERP system experience (SAP) preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) required
- Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA eligible
- 3+ years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Basic and intermediate accounting and financial reporting skills
- Demonstrated advanced technical financial reporting knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in an unstructured environment
