Job Description
Production Operator performs duties associated with the production of agricultural premixes and antibiotics for the Animal Health industry. The role requires operating blending equipment, computers, and terminals, effective communication with other employees, and adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends, 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift (Swing/Rotating Schedule)
- Potential mandatory OT 10+ hours a week
- Ability to operate blending equipment, computers, and terminals
- Effectively communicate with other employees relative to production issues
- Attention and adherence to all SOPs, safety, quality, and compliance regulations
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks, Attention to detail when completing production paperwork
- Forklift operator license
- 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
