Senior Director, Procurement

MindMed is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel product candidates to treat brain health disorders. We are seeking a Senior Director, Procurement to build, lead, and scale our procurement function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree or MBA a plus
• 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in biotech or biopharma
• Demonstrated experience in virtual/outsourced R&D or clinical development models
• Strong expertise in outsourcing for CRO, CDMO/CMO, clinical supply, and scientific services
• Proven success leading negotiations for complex, high-value development programs
• Ability to build processes and systems from early-stage structure through late-stage scale-up
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
