Job Description
MindMed is seeking a Vice President of Market Access to lead the strategic development and execution of market access initiatives for their innovative pipeline products, targeting neurotransmitter pathways in the mental health space. This role focuses on securing formulary placement, reimbursement, pricing, and distribution, ensuring patient access to MM120. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, and a leader in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical market access
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in psychiatry/mental health)
- Proven experience in trade & distribution, hub services, government pricing, GTN strategies, pricing, contracting, and field execution
- Experience engaging with REMS programs
- Prior success navigating DEA rescheduling for controlled substances
