Job Description
A Property Consultant is needed to strengthen the sales team of a reputable real estate organization in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Sales Executive
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the local property market and customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate will be an added advantage
