Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our clients team in driving business growth within the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Air, Sea, and Cross Trade freight forwarding, along with a strong ability to create tailored logistics solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Develop and grow new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Cross Trade, CHB).
• Identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Create and execute a sales plan strategy that meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and initiatives.
• Achieve sales targets and regularly report on sales pipeline and performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air, Sea, Cross Trade, and CHB).
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
