Job Description
Mindrift is seeking a Freelance AI Red Team Engineer to evaluate and defend AI models and agents. The role involves testing for vulnerabilities, creating automated tests, and contributing to security research initiatives. This is a remote, part-time position focused on shaping the future of AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or related field.
- Advanced level of English (C1 or above).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD security tools (Docker), especially.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, web/API, network, and infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of vulnerabilities in current AI models (prompt injections, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
- Familiarity with AI red-teaming frameworks (Gagarak or PyRIT).
