Freelance AI Red Team Engineer

Mindrift is seeking a Freelance AI Red Team Engineer to evaluate and improve AI models and agent vulnerabilities. The role involves creating tests, developing automation scripts, conducting security research, and providing cybersecurity guidance. This is a fully remote, freelance position focusing on working with Generative AI and addressing vulnerabilities in AI models. The company aims to use collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or related field.
• Advanced English (C1+) proficiency.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of penetration testing (web, API, network, infrastructure).
• Knowledge of AI/ML security, vulnerabilities (LLMs, OWASP), and AI red-teaming frameworks.
• Skill in offensive exploitation and exploit development.
• Skilled in reverse engineering.
• Expertise in network and application security.
• Knowledge of OS security concepts.
