Job Description
Mindrift is seeking an AI Red Team Engineer for a remote, part-time position. The role involves evaluating and enhancing AI models, creating test cases, leading security research, and advising on cybersecurity best practices. The company connects AI specialists with projects and focuses on ethically shaping the future of AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD security tools (Docker).
- Experience with penetration testing across web, API, network, and infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of AI vulnerabilities (prompt injections, OWASP Top 10).
- Familiarity with AI red-teaming frameworks (garak or PyRIT).
- Proficiency in offensive exploitation and reverse engineering.
- Expertise in network and application security.
- Knowledge of operating system security and secure coding.
- Skills in offensive exploitation and exploit development.
