Freelance Editorial Assistant - AI Trainer

Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Editorial Assistant to join a mission to ethically shape the future of AI. This role involves training AI models through text-based exercises, helping them understand and generate human-like text, and shaping how they interpret complex information. The position focuses on AI training, providing opportunities for writing, editing, and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications, linguistics, literature, or education
• At least 1 year of professional or educational experience in journalism, communications, PR, etc.
• Strong skills in critical thinking and working with text in English
• Level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• Willingness to learn new methods and work with challenging guidelines
• Working remotely
