AI Lead - fully remote

We're looking for an experienced and execution-driven AI Lead to own the strategy and end-to-end implementation of AI systems across our product stack. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, architectural foresight, and hands-on development experience in applied AI.

Requirements

• Design and lead the development of AI-powered systems from concept to deployment.
• Set up infrastructure and tooling for scalable, secure, and efficient model development and serving.
• Guide selection and integration of LLMs (open-source or commercial) into product workflows.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure AI systems are reliable and user-centered.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and researchers.
• Stay current with developments in AI/ML and apply relevant research to product needs.
