Job Description
We're seeking a Social Media Content Producer who can translate strategic vision into engaging social media content, campaigns, and video briefs for Mindvalley. The ideal candidate has experience in social media, content production, or digital storytelling and can interpret strategy and convert it into brilliant creative output.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in social media, content production, or digital storytelling
- Proven experience turning podcasts, interviews, or stage talks into short-form social content
- Deep understanding of storytelling structure, narrative beats, and emotional arcs
- Strong grasp of platform-specific storytelling (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
- Exceptional brief-writing and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and feedback loops
