Job Description
Minerals Technologies Inc. (MTI) is seeking a Production Operator for their Monolithics department. This temporary position offers the opportunity to grow into a fulltime role and contribute to the development of specialty mineral products. The role involves operating equipment, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Follow established procedure for startup and shutdown of equipment.
- Drive and operate forklift.
- Monitor product and feed bin levels.
- Add micro ingredients from small bags.
- Add minor ingredients at manual dump station.
- Bag and Wrapper: Before bagging, label each bag with product label.
- Maintain area housekeeping and safety.
- Document and record labor/production information.
