Bookkeeper - Ministry Admins

We're seeking an experienced remote bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online to join our team. The ideal candidate has a heart for the local church and is a self-starter, able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrated hands-on, paid experience working with churches or non-profit organizations
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google workspace and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial staff
