Johns Creek Baptist Church is seeking a Children's Pastor to lead its children's ministry, serving 122 children from birth through 5th grade. The ideal candidate will have a strong spiritual and relational warmth, emotional maturity, and experience in congregational ministry within Baptist life.

Requirements

• Master’s-level theological degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in congregational ministry within Baptist life
• Thorough understanding of child development
• Demonstrated ability to teach and nurture faith with children
• Strong organizational and communication skills
