Requirements

• Experience in solving complex problems and formulating high-quality policy advice for a range of stakeholders and projects
• Good understanding of economic principles and the New Zealand economy
• Understanding of the machinery of government and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and healthy level of curiosity
• Knowledge of policy development disciplines and processes
