- Technical proficiency with ability to produce high-quality documents and maintain strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into practical actions
- Strong work ethic, drive, determination, and pragmatic, adaptable, and open-minded approach
- Effective communication, relationship management, and organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and innovative approaches to work
- Knowledge of te ao Māori and confidence engaging with whānau, hapū, and iwi
