Senior Technical Business Analyst - Analysis & Design (A&D)

Lead complex business analysis across high-impact initiatives and shape technology-enabled change across MSD. Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-designed and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering business analysis across large or complex initiatives
• Strong technical analysis capability across systems, data, and integration-heavy environments
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working within agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models
• Strong skills in requirements management, process modelling, and solution design
• Experience with impact analysis, feasibility assessments, and change control
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience supporting or mentoring other Business Analysts
