Minitab is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization.
Requirements
- Engage with inbound leads and contacts to assess their needs, challenges, and level of interest in Minitab solutions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to targeted accounts through phone outreach, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and readiness to move into the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with future buyers who require long-term nurturing.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain accurate activity and prospect information within CRM tools.
- Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals related to lead qualification and pipeline contribution.
