Job Description
Minitab is looking for a Software Deployment Specialist to help customers implement and maximize the benefits of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC. The role involves deploying and configuring software, delivering training sessions, supporting customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or customer success
- Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in Japanese and English language is required, additional languages is a plus
