Payroll Specialist, APAC

Mintel is seeking an enthusiastic Payroll Specialist with a high attention to detail to join their APAC Finance team based in Singapore. The role involves managing the full spectrum of payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations across multiple APAC countries, and providing support for audits. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the use of strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Manage headcount budgeting across multiple APAC countries
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations
• Manage new hires, terminations, promotions, and pay increases
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings
• Ensure accurate employee data provision
• Prepare monthly payments and journal entries submissions
• Reconcile payroll journal to general ledger
• Monthly financial statement analysis
• Prepare payroll forecasting
• Contribute to monthly and annual budgeting process
