Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
