Donor Engagement Manager

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing and making strategic decisions related to the donor database and donor engagement operations, leading the organization of fundraising campaigns, and carrying out stewardship activities and donor communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience, ideally in a nonprofit setting, or in customer service or business administration roles
• At least 3 years experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
• High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Able to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
