Quality Assurance (QA) Lead

This QA Lead position is crucial within the QA team. The role involves collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure high-quality test coverage for game projects. The candidate will coordinate testing, manage resources, prioritize bugs, and contribute to the team's growth by providing training and mentorship. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on mobile/console projects.

Requirements

• Passion for games (mobile, PC, and console)
• English proficiency (B2 level or above)
• Experience managing quality on mobile/console/PC projects
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and re-prioritize
• Proven prior experience managing quality on mobile/console/PC projects
• Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting staff
• Experience managing project staff
• Experience working with project tools (TestRail, Jira)
• Experience with automation frameworks
• Experience with Google Play and App Store Connect
