Job Description
Mirakl is a leading eCommerce software provider seeking a Solution Engineer to deliver thought leadership and drive sales through solution selling. The role focuses on APAC with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia, and involves technical and sales skills. The solution engineer will build relationships, present solutions, and collaborate with various teams to address customer needs.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years' experience in a Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant role
- Experience supporting the APAC region and/or Southeast Asia
- Strong analytical, creative problem solving and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented and highly professional communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills
- Deep understanding of retail media and/or payment solutions
