Job Description
This role is within the Maintenance Department, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rectification of facilities, equipment, and attractions. The position involves overseeing service providers, managing their workflow, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. Key activities include site inspections, preparation of OPEX PRs, and monitoring PM/repair works. It requires a team leader with experience in MEP systems.
Requirements
- Hospitality or Theme Park environment FM training (MEP systems)
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and team oriented
- Technical experience in HVAC-R, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Landscaping
