Miranda Construction is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support project teams on commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional projects, providing technical and administrative support from project start through closeout.
Requirements
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation in Procore
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers for pricing, clarify scopes, and track progress
- Track schedules, material procurement, and project progress
- Develop and update regular progress reports
- Support quality and safety efforts through site walks and documentation
- Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Miranda’s safety program
- Help with cost tracking, change orders, and monthly billing
- Proposal assistance including quantity take-off(s), cost estimates and bid solicitation
- Assist with scope review
- Attend weekly job-site meetings
- Work closely with superintendents to track progress, resolve issues, and support field operations
- Help prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project correspondence
