Job Description
The Sr Staff Product Designer will lead the design of Miro's UI framework, supporting the evolution and implementation of product information architecture and AI integration. They will work closely with product and design leadership to articulate the vision and set direction for product teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Exceptional strategic- and systems thinking
- Strong operational and communication skills
- Expert-level prototyping skills (React/Web development)
- Experience with large teams (15+ designers) in mid- to large product companies (200+)
