Requirements

• Must be a natural leader
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong on Due Diligence and current Health safety Hygiene Legislation
• Commercially and Financially Sound with excellent business acumen
• Must maintain professionalism under pressure
• Will have a strong personality and a passion for delivering great food
• Must have a stable working history with excellent checkable reference
