Job Description
Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice company, is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to oversee the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in their homes. The PT Lead will provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support and mentor other therapists and assistants.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
