Medical Social Worker (MSW) - Home Health

Mission Healthcare is a home health and hospice company that values compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and service. We are looking for a part-time Medical Social Worker to join our team in Monterey, CA.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Master’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Active license as clinical social worker by the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare, with preference given to candidates with home health care experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
